Daily cleaning is included in the rental, as is all electricity and gas (for central heating and cooking).
Cooking/extra housekeeping/laundry: Tenants have different requirements for cooking, food shopping, cleaning and laundry. More detailed infomation and a list of options, including suggested menus, will be sent on receipt of your completed booking form, or sooner by request
Lettings are normally weekly from Thursday to Thursday, but can be flexible by arrangement, and run from 4:00pm on the day of arrival until 10:00am on departure day unless otherwise agreed.
Providing The Stables are taken for at least one week, additional days are charged 'pro rata'.
Short Breaks:
The Stables are sometimes available for short breaks (not in High Season):- up to 4
nights:for two thirds of the weekly rate. Please note: Easter, Christmas and New Year periods are only
bookable for a minimum of 1 week.

Daily cleaning is also included when rented with Westcove House. Cooking, housekeeping and babysitting are available at extra cost - tenants of Westcove House take precedence if let separately.
Garden Cottage

Even though Garden Cottage is a popular annex to Westcove House and/or The Stables, it is also available on its own and is ideal for short breaks – but usually only at less than one month’s notice – up to 4 nights at 2/3 the weekly rate. |
Tenancy to run from Saturday 2:00pm to Saturday 10:00am unless other arrangements are agreed in advance.

Short Breaks:
Short breaks (up to 4 nights) are sometimes available, especially in the low season, for two thirds of the weekly
rate, but not usually bookable more than 4 weeks in advance. Please note: Easter, Christmas and New Year
periods are only bookable for a minimum of 1 week.
During the low season, and sometimes in the mid season, arrival and departure dates can be more flexible providing the accommodation is booked for a minimum of 1 week.
Both Cottages:
Electricity is included throughout the year but for the sake of safety as well as economy we would be grateful if wall heaters are only used 'on high' when the rooms are occupied. A quantity of turf/peat is also included. Bed linen and towels are provided - there are electric blankets for both double beds - hot water bottles for the others!
All Properties
Dogs are welcome, but not upstairs or on the sofas and chairs please! Also be very careful and keep them on leads at all times when walking in the hills when there are sheep around.
Any special arrangements such as a cot or high chair being required please advise in advance.
